Belvedere is constructed on three
floors, the ground floor having formerly provided housing
for the animals, with the family living above. The accommodation
is now arranged as follows:

A twin bedroom, with en suite shower room comprising
large tiled shower, WC, bidet and basin.

From a spacious landing, access is

4: A very large double room, with canopied 170
cm bed and antique furnishings. There is also a single
bed, which can be made available by prior arrangement.
En suite bathroom, with bath, separate shower, WC, bidet
and basin.
Bedroom 5:
A pretty twin room, with traditional style iron beds
and sloping ceiling.
Bedroom
6: As Bedroom 5. Please note that the doorway
to this room is quite low.
Bathroom:
Shared by Bedrooms 5 and 6. Bath, separate shower, WC,
bidet and basin.
Outside:
Covered Loggia:
Adjoining the house, with table seating up to
14, and original bread oven to one end, now restored
to full working order.
Kitchen Terrace:
With pergola, and table seating 6-8.
Swimming
pool: 12m x 6m, ranging in depth from 0.9m to
2.4m, with diving board and poolside shower. The pool
is usually open from mid-May to end September, depending
on the weather.
Tennis
Court: 36m x 18m,
acrylic surface. Terraced area alongside, with
giant chessboard and pergola
The
Old Hay Barn: Now restored externally, part of
it providing a pool house with table football table.
There is a separate tank room, with water purification
plant processing and softening water from our own well.
Pool Terrace:
A raised, covered terrace adjoining the Old Hay Barn
and overlooking the pool.
Tobacco Drying
Barn: Closed to guests but used for garden storage.
Gardens and
grounds: Extending to
approximately 1 hectare and including a recently planted
olive grove. The area surrounding the house, tennis court and pool
is grassed and planted with a variety of shrubs and
flowering plants.
